Aku tercedera



Huhu apela malang nasib aku ni.. dhla wrist aku cedera sbb tlg angkat brg kakak aku, pastu tadi mase main tenis ankle plak kne.. aduuuuuuuuuuss sakit giler...rase nak nangis pn ade. Tapi aku rilex jap. And lps tu sambung balikla main.. Mula2 main tu tak berpeluh sangat sbbmain dgn kwn opis yg beginner. Ssh ckitla nk main kalo slow. Aku bagi bola tak dpt amik.. MMg bosanla. Pastu aku main dgn kwn yg dh biase main br la berpeluh ckit.. tu pun dh nk cukup kul 7. Hurm okla.. habis je tenis , blk rmh solat sumer sempatla aku g Qb jap. g bli wristband and ankle guard. Prabisla dlm RM29.80. Huhu pakai kedit kad je. cash money digunakan utk kecemasan je. Ade dlm bank pn tk samapi Rm200. huu. Ni la akibatnya tengah bulan hehe. kalola gaji 2x sebulan mayb la okla kot. Takla teruk cmni. Harap2la esok aku lulus ujian JPJ keta.. Korang yg baca blog ni tlgla doakan. heheh

Gaya Hidup sihat

Panduan aku amik dari emel yang di forward kt aku.. harap2la daptla berkongsi dengan sape2 yg baca blog ni
1. Answer the phone by LEFT ear.
2. Do not drink coffee TWICE a day.
3. Do not take pills with COOL water.
4. Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm.
5. Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume.
6. Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night.
7. Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS.
8. Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time.
9. Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning.
10. Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping.
11. When battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times.




Hari ni saje je takde pe yg menarik sangat.... petang ni nak main tenis, jap lagi nak g makan, esok huhuhu takutnyerrr kene menduduki UJIAN MEMANDU JPJ, really hope aku lepasla nanti. Risau gak ni. Tapi yang herannye aku tak rs egemntar pun hari ni. jgn besok nk test jadi gugup semcm dhla. Risau gak aku. Aku just nak share a few beutiful pics yang aku dh snap Mase g melancong dulu.
