Hari ni dalam sejarah aku pakai baju melayu mai opis. Kawan aku yang ajak pakai, so pakai jele. In fact dah lama niat pun. Bukan pe senang ckit kalo pakai baju ni takyah tuck in. Bos aku siap perli, katanya macam mufti huhu.

Berita sedih untuk aku

Rasanya lama sangat dah aku tak menulis di blog ni. Actually macam2 yang terjadi selema seminggu tidak menulis. Khamis 22/08/08 aku dapat sms dari adik aku mengatakan Tok (nenek) aku mendapat strok. Time tu aku tengah meeting. Aku jadi panik. Taktau nak bagi respon apa2. Lepas a few minutes baru aku mintak excuse dari my boss untuk call my family jap. Lepas call terus je, aku ajak my fren untuk tolong hantar aku balik kampung. Nasib baik dia sudi hantar. Aku terusje ke hospital Baling. Terus jumpe tok aku. Dia dalam keadaan keliru. Sian aku tengok. Muka dia pucat. Tangan dengan kaki dia kebas2 lagi. Aku tanya pape2 pun dia macam takleh nak recall. Dia just tau few words je. "Takpele" tu je dia cakap. Then my maksu pun mai gak melawat dari Penang. Lepas tu terus aku ajak adik aku balik ke rumah jap. Sian gak kat dia tunggu Tok aku dari pagi. Dan petang tu aku g gak melawat dia lagi skali. Alhamdulillah aku tengok ok ckit. Petang tu gak aku balik Penang sebab esok tu aku nak ke Bangkok. Tunggu my experience di Bangkok nanti. Banyak pic2 menarik disana.

Hurm so busy

Sejak akhir2 ni aku dah jadi mcm malas je nak tulis dalam blog. Bukan pe sebab dah penat kot. Ni je a few pic aku snap untuk tatapan dalam blog aku ni. Hari Jumaat ni aku akan bertolak ke Bangkok melalui Thai Airways, akan berada di sana sehingga Selasa depan. So harap everythings gonna b ok la kat sana. Aku dapat berita yang my big boss nak minta aku accompany dia ke Brunei plak hujung tahun ni. Hurmmm. ikutkan hati malas je, lagpun hujung tahun ni gak ade trip ke Turki. Harap2 jangan clash dgn trip ke Turki tu sudahla.

Hari ni 15 Ogos 2008 lengkaplah birthday aku yang ke -29, hurm tua dah.. banyak benda dah setel, cuma pasangan hidup je yang belum ada. Aku mengharapkan umur aku ni dapatla dimanfaatkan dengan perkara-perkara yang berfaedah. Amiiiin.
Hari ni aku dengan penuh bergaya menggayakan pakaian yang dibeli khas sempena my birthday, kawan aku nak sangat aku "look good" mase birthday aku. So harap- harap aku 'look good", kalo tak nanti frust plak dia. Semalam aku dapat birthday present dari kawan aku, hadiah Pen, tu dalam poket aku hehehe. Actually aku tak mengharapkan ape2 hadiah pun, hanya doa untuk keberkatan umur aku yang paling penting. Dan semalam my fren from KL who is the 1st person to wish me "happy birthday". TQ so much. Harap2 umurku ini diberkati hendaknya.

Shopping sakan

Semalam aku g shopping kat G2000, beli seluar kat situ dgnh my friend, the price quite reasonable la. Tadi baru je balik dari shopping lagi hehe. Bukan pe sebab nak match kan baju and suar and tie. Hehe. Tadi aku ke butik Raoul, kunun nak g survey baju and tie la. Sebab my friend nak sangat tengok aku pakai baju and tie Raoul tu sempenan my birthday nanti. Alih2 tengok baju and tie dah berkenan dah, tapi sebab terfikir yang baju Raoul takde poket langsung aku cancel. AKu beli tie Raoul je. Baju aku g beli kat Padini concept store. Yang bestnyer kunun tie Raoul tu aku nak match kan dengan baju Padini tengok2 tak match. terus pi beli tie padini plak. Hurm what a stupid decision kan. Gatai sangat pi beli tie dulu. Uhuhuhuhuu Anyway ni lesson for me la kan. Next time kene buat wise decisionla. Kalau tadi kalo ade my friend from Sabah tu okla ckit, Dia tu kira teror ckit bab fesyen ni. Bagi aku okje. Tak reti sangat.

What a great tennis

Hari ni aku main tenis best giler, hehe siap menang banyak kali. Yang bestnyer sebab tangan aku dah tak sakit, sebab aku makan ubat tahan sakit and aku letak ckit balm panas kat wrist tu. Tu yang aku rase bertenaga sangat hari ni. Best gak aku belasah my tennis mate hehe. At last sebab my partner untuk double terlalu banyak buat unforced error, terus team aku kalah. Mayb dia lum cukup bagus kot hehe. Bukan pe kalo dah terlalu banyak sangat error aku pun jadi down . Esok aku kena attend rehearsel untuk convocation, maklumla kene naik pentas nanti. Kalau penerima skroll naik pentas 1 minit je. Aku plak yang tukang bagi skroll ni kene dok atas tu 2 jam. Hurmmm. Harap2 tak pengsanla nanti. Jenuhla masuk tv plak nanti uhuhu.

Birthday party in advance

Alang-alang balik kampung terusje aku buat birthday party aku in advance. Hehe yela bukan ape, sebab ramai adik beradik aku ade kat kampung, nanti nak berkumpul ramai-ramai pun susah gak kan. Actually my birthday Jumaat ni.

Angkara Ulat Tonggek

Last week (Rabu) aku tiba-tiba bawah ketiak aku merah, risau gak aku. Aku g jumpe doktor, katanya maybe sbb gigitan serangga. Sebab ade kes kat tempat aku tu budak bengkak mata sebab kes kene gigit serangga. Doktor tu bagi krim je suruh sapu kat situ. Sebab risau makin parah dan terase pedih yang amat sangat macam kene bakar je kulit tu, aku pun balik kampung maybe boleh berubat cara kampung. Ayah aku kira okla leh gak berubat org. Dia kata sebab kayap. Yg bestnya kakak aku nurse bagi tau bukan sebab kayap tapi sebab air kencing "ulat tonggek". Hahaha so funny nama dia. Kak aku pun penah kene. Dia kata ubat dia kene letak ubat mata yang mcm colgate tu. Tapi katanya infection pada skin je. Tak melibatkan organ dalaman pun.

Pujian di pagi hari

Pagi ni mai opis, g kantin jap nak beli breakfast. Makcik kantin tu tiba2 peramah semacam, tak penah mcm ni dengan aku. haha, mase nak bayar terus dia cakap. I perati tengok tie U hari2 berubah, macam ni la baru fancy ckit and semangat nak mai kerja . hahahaha. Lawakla, Tie aku memang banyak pun. Dkat 20 koleksi ada. Tapi aku salu pakai just a few je. Tak sampai 10 pun. Mayb dia tertarik dengan tie Raoul di hadiahkan from my fren tu kot. hehehe.

Perfect Eyes

Petang tadi aku g main tenis, pastu ujan hurm.. spoil mood ckitla... tapi okla leh stroke ckit2 je. nak lari lebih2 takut tersungkur plak nanti. Dah tu balik and g dinner kat Nando's, sedapla memang Nando's roasted chicken my fav. Dah penah makan kat Dave Deli, Kenny Roger's memang tak leh celen Nando's la. Maklumla aku de voucher so dapat lagi extra quarter chicken. Heheh rezki aku. Habis je tu g rotiboy plak. Just nak ajak my fren untuk rase roti tu. terbukti memang sedap pun hehe. habis je g kat Optical 88, my fren nak buat glasses. And at the same time lepas tengok dia test mata, aku pun tryla gak nak test mata hehe. Yang bestnyer. Sales assistant tu kata my eyes is so perfect. Hehehe. See the result. Dia kata sebelum ni kalo dia check pun mesti ade gak at least 0.25 yang slightly ade silau ke ape ke. In fact sebelum ni penah gak aku g check memang salu mata aku ni ok. But today aku pun bit surprised with the result hehe. Alhamdulillah my eyes is still sempurna.

Seharian di Isnin

Semalam aku g gym buat cardio ckit, biasele cycling. Burn 200kcal je. Tu pun makan mase lama sangat 30mins. Biase kalo 30mins aku dh bley burn atleast 250kcal. baru aku ingat semalam sebelum workout aku lupa nak amik snack. Kalo sebelum2 ni okla takla rase penat sangat. habis je cardio aku sambung pulak buat chest ckit. Kira okla. bagi naik sikit dada tu hehe. Habis je workout kul 7 balik rumah, malam tu kuar plak g Queensbay. Nak g redeem free gift daripada Jusco sebab my b'day dah nak dekat hehe. Ingatkan adele hadiah ke ape. Tengok2 voucher je. hurm kira okla kan. Dari takde pape atleast adele jugak. Then terus plan nak beli sandal crocodile kat jusco, Alih2 aku tengok dalam voucher tu ade plak dia kasi rm50 off untuk barangan Hush Puppies, terus pi Boutique Hush Pusppies, sambar satu sandal kat situ. hehe. Kira okla gak, selesa. Normal price rm189. After off so dapat rm139 okla. Pastu g dinner kat Pizza Hutt, just nak try menu baru. Okla sedap gak. Lepas tu pi kedai OSIM sebab nak guna voucher rm50 off untuk product dia yang harga rm250 and above. Punyala excited ni. Memangla leh dapat offer tu. Tapi yg dirancang nk beli benda lain yg pi beli benda yg tak kene mengena dengan denagn pe yang nak tu pun. overall price rm864 kot. Hehe tapi bukan aku bayar. My frenla. Dia yang nak beli. Bukan untuk akula. Just tengok je barang tu. Macam kongsi2 pakaila. Semalam pi beli alat urut tengkok dengan alat yang bley check BP dan % bodyfat . Lepas check semalam hehe my body fat jadi 31%. Pergh syok giler rase. Sebelum nih aku penah check di Fitness First 36%, after workout for a month jadi 34%. Now dah 31%. Taktaula alat tu leh caya ke tak kan. Tapi aku rase maybe sebab efek ubat Hydroxycut yang dihadiahkan oleh my fren from Sabah tu. Hehe tq so much bro. Atleast my body fat dah turun banyak tu. Yang bestnye badan aku ni kategori normal. Bley hahaha. My fren plak jadi tak normal. My BP semalm pun ok. Lepas aku buat double check pagi ni jadi 133/82 and my pulse 78. Aku rasa still normal kot. Taktaula kene tanya my fren yang jadi doktor tu la dulu hehe. Petang ni nak g main tenis, almaklumla kena training untuk my Department, kunun nak jadi wakil untuk my Uni nanti. Tengokla camne. Hopefully okla kot. Sebab wrist aku ni still dok rase sengal. Jangan badly injured dhla. mintak simpangla.

Balik kampung

Aku biasa kat kampung dok kejap je. Balik Jumaat, Ahad balik semula ke Penang. My fren tadi amik aku kt kampung. Sambil tu bleyla dia makan sikit buah2 kat kampung kan. Tadi mase on the balik, sempat plak g siggah kat Sunway Carnival Mall. Tengok budak2 kt situ ujibakat My Starz LG. Ade yg ok. sedap gak nyanyi. Tapi kebanyakannya suare dah ade dalam pasaran. Bagi aku biase je. taktaula kot2 juri suka kt diorg tu kan. Juri dia Arab dan Lah VE. Habis je audition tu sempatla g survey sandal raya. Haha. posa pn blm kan. Dah tengok kat situ tak berkenan, terus je aku balik ke Queensbay g cari kt situ. Alih2 bukan aku yg beli, tapi my fren hehe. bleyyyyy

Aku ni yang bestye balik kampung suka bawa anak2 buah g jalan2 naik keta tu yang diorg suka sangat dengan aku. Tempat aku biase bawa. ni la kat Taman Permainan kat kamung aku ni la. syok plak tengok diorg tu happy. Aku ni bila lagi nak ade anak sendiri. Huhu. Takde org masuk mintak heheheheheh.

Hari jumaat lepas aku balik kampung kat Perak. Okla dh lama sangat tak balik. Best gak rase. tgk anak buah, tengok famili, my parent. Dari rumah aku my fren tolong hantar ke jeti. Amik feri ke jeti Seberang. Pastu amik bas ke kampung aku. nasib baik sempat naik bas kul 7. Bas tu kul 7 tapi jalan kul 7.15. kira okla. Nasib baik aku tak ketinggalan. sampai je stesen bas kt kampung aku dalam kul 9. lama gak rase. Adik aku yang tolong amik aku kt situ. Yang tak bestnya, dia takde lesen. Pastu aku yang kne bawa moto balik kg. Siot je. Dok suruh amik lesen. Malas katanya. Pic ni aku amik mase atas feri.. on the way nak balik kampung.

Kesan otak dan zikir

Otak hanyalah aktiviti-aktiviti bio-elektrik yang melibatkan sekumpulan saraf yang dipertanggungjawabk an untuk melakukan tugas-tugas tertentu bagi membolehkan ia berfungsi dengan sempurna. Setiap hari 14 juta saraf yang membentuk otak ini berinteraksi dengan 16 juta saraf tubuh yang lain. Semua aktiviti yang kita lakukan dan kefahaman atau ilmu yang kita peroleh adalah natijah daripada aliran interaksi bio-elektrik yang tidak terbatas.

Oleh itu, apabila seorang itu berzikir dengan mengulangi kalimat-kalimat Allah, seperti Subhanallah, beberapa kawasan otak yang terlibat menjadi aktif. Ini menyebabkan berlakunya satu aliran bio-elektrik di kawasan-kawasan saraf otak tersebut. Apabila zikir disebut berulang-ulang kali, aktiviti saraf ini menjadi bertambah aktif dan turut menambah tenaga bio-elektrik. Lama-kelamaan kumpulan saraf yang sangat aktif ini mempengaruhi kumpulan saraf yang lain untuk turut sama aktif. Dengan itu, otak menjadi aktif secara keseluruhan.

Otak mula memahami perkara baru, melihat dari sudut perspektif berbeza dan semakin kreatif dan kritis, sedang sebelum berzikir otak tidak begini. Otak yang segar dan cergas secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi hati untuk melakukan kebaikan dan menerima kebenaran.Hasil kajian makmal yang dilakukan terhadap subjek ini dimuatkan dalam majalah Scientific American, keluaran Disember 1993. satu kajian yang dilakukan di Universiti Washington dan ujian ini dilakukan melalui ujian imbasan PET yang mengukur kadar aktiviti otak manusia secara tidak sedar.

Dalam kajian ini, sukarelawan diberikan satu senarai perkataan benda. Mereka dikehendaki membaca setiap perkataan tersebut satu persatu dan mengaitkan perkataan-perkataan dengan kata kerja yang berkaitan. Apabila sukarelawan melakukan tugas mereka, beberapa bahagian berbeza otak mempamerkan peningkatan aktiviti saraf, termasuk di bahagian depan otak dan korteks.Menariknya, apabila sukarelawan ini mengulangi senarai perkataan yang sama berulang-ulang kali, aktiviti saraf otak merebak pada kawasan lain dan mengaktifkan kawasan saraf lain. Apabila senarai perkataan baru diberikan kepada mereka, aktiviti saraf kembali meningkat di kawasan pertama.

Ini sekali gus membuktikan secara saintifik bahawa perkataan yang diulang-ulang seperti perbuatan berzikir, terbukti meningkatkan kecergasan otak dan menambah kemampuannya.Oleh itu, saudara-saudara ku seIslam, ketika saintis Barat baru menemui mukjizat ini, kita umat terpilih ini telah lama mengamalkannya dan menerima manfaatnya. Malang bagi mereka yang masih memandang enteng kepentingan berzikir dan mengabaikannya.

Hari ni aku nak balik kampung. Lama rasanya tak balik kampung. Rindu gak kt famili aku kat sana. Maklumla dah dapat gaji. Nakla hulur2kan sikit kt depa kan.
